This week, TH Primary School happily welcomed students and teachers from SD Islam Al Azhar Primary School in Surabaya, Indonesia. During a week of intercultural exchanges, students from SD Islam Al Azhar joined TH School students in their maths, English, history, and coding classes, and they visited scenic spots in Hanoi together. Our students were excited to have new classmates, and the time went up too quickly!
In their last day together, students from both schools took part in a meaningful assembly to share and celebrate their respective cultures. Through a series of theatrical and dance performances in traditional costume, each school’s “Young Ambassadors” shared aspects of traditional Vietnamese and Indonesian culture.
