THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE COVERED WITHIN THE TUITION & FEES:

• Tuition.
• Co-curricular activities: sports, clubs, after school activities (Additional fees are required for some specialized clubs).
• Targeted academic tutoring and English language learning support classes for students who require additional support to access the TH School curriculum.
• Examination fees (First sitting of exams only).
• Textbooks, library books and learning materials.
• Meals: breakfast, lunch and snacks.
• Uniforms.
• Residential/ educational trips (Additional fees may be required for specialized local or overseas trips).

Fees are VAT inclusive (if applicable).

THE TUITION FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE BUS SERVICE FEE AND THE BOARDING SERVICE FEE

• Bus fee (2-way): 28,000,000 VND/ year.
• Bus fee (1-way): 21,000,000 VND/ year.
• Boarding fee: 65,000,000 VND/ year (10% discount for full year payment).

Flexi-Boarding Option (Grade 9 & 10 only)

A flexi-boarding option is available for students in Grades 9 & 10. This service allows students to stay on campus on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings each week.

Fee: 50,000,000 VND/year.

Fees are VAT inclusive (if applicable).

A. EFFECTIVE TIMELINE

• For annual fees paid by 31st May 2026, the Tuition Policy for Academic Year 2025 - 2026 is applied.
• For 1st installment payment made by 31st May 2026, the Tuition Fee for Academic Year 2025 - 2026 is applied; while the 2nd and 3rd installment fee will follow 2026 - 2027 Tuition Policy.

B. EARLY PAYMENT DISCOUNT*

An Early Payment Discount is offered to families who pay their 2026 - 2027 annual tuition fees in full.

C. IN-YEAR ENROLLMENT

In-year enrollments are possible only if there is space available. In-year enrollment fees are calculated as follows:

*For students receiving a scholarship or school discount, the tuition reduction will be applied to the remaining balance after the scholarship or discount has been deducted, in accordance with the rates outlined above.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. APPLICATION FEE

An Application Fee of 2,000,000 VND is payable upon submission of Application Form to the school. This fee is to cover the administrative costs of each application.

2. ENROLLMENT FEE

A non-refundable enrollment fee of 20,000,000 VND is required upon acceptance of the Letter of Acceptance to secure the student’s place. This fee is payable one time only.

3. SECURITY DEPOSIT

A Security Deposit payment of 15,000,000 VND per child is required at the same time with the Enrollment Fee. This deposit amount will be refunded when the student graduates or when he/ she leaves the school provided 60 calendar days’ notice is given in writing to the school. In case the student is not returning to the school in the next Academic Year, parents need to inform the school in writing no later than 15th April of the current Academic Year to be refunded with the Security Deposit. 

The Security Deposit is non-refundable if the student does not attend school.

4. DEFERMENT OF ENROLLMENT

If the student has paid enrollment fee and security deposit but cannot start studying at the school, the fees could be deferred for maximum one Academic Year if the family requests deferment in writing and gets approval by the school.

5. PAYMENTS OPTIONS

Tuition Fees are payable in advance. At the start of the school year, parents can choose one of the following payment plans:

Annual Tuition Fees: A discount according to [B] Early Payment Discount is applied to full payment of the annual tuition fee.

Installment Tuition Fees: Installment Tuition Fees are paid using the following payment schedule:

• 1st Installment: 31st July 2026
• 2nd Installment: 10th December 2026
• 3rd Installment: 15th March 2027

6. LATE PAYMENT POLICY

All payments associated with student enrollment at TH School must be completed before students begin classes at TH School. Payment made after the official due date will cause a delay in student’s enrollment; Parents will pay a penalty equivalent to 0.03%/ day of the late payment amount according to the payment schedule in section 5. TH School reserves the right to withdraw the scholarship or discount granted to the student based on the Letter of Acceptance and/ or terminate the student’s registration at TH School.

7. NON-PAYMENT

In the event of non-payment of tuition fees after 05 working days from the date of enrollment, the school reserves the right to refuse the student’s enrollment and may withhold the Security Deposit and school records.

8. FAMILY DISCOUNT

Families with more than one child enrolled at TH School at the same time are eligible for a sibling discount. The second oldest child will receive a 5% discount on tuition fees, and each additional younger child will receive a 10% discount on tuition fees.

9. SHORT-TERM ABSENCE

The school will not offer discounts or fee waivers for short term absences of less than 30 days. Written approval from the Division Principal is required for all cases of short-term student absence.

10. LONG-TERM ABSENCE

Long-term absences of more than 30 days—whether in person or remote—are not encouraged. However, we recognize that exceptional circumstances, such as serious health issues, may require such an arrangement. In these cases, students must submit a formal request along with appropriate medical documentation. Please note that students with extended absences may not be able to keep pace with the learning outcomes of all classes.

11. WITHDRAWAL & TUITION FEE REFUND

Parents must notify the school in writing at least 60 calendar days before their child’s withdrawal date. Tuition refunds are only available if the annual tuition fee has been paid in full and the required notice has been provided. In such cases, the school will refund a prorated portion of the annual tuition based on the withdrawal date, as outlined below:

• From 3rd August 2026 to 3rd January 2027: 50% refund
• From 4th January 2027 - 4th April 2027: 20% refund
• From 5th April 2027 - 11th June 2027: No refund

No refunds are provided for installment payments in the event of withdrawal.

Unused bus or boarding fees will be refunded based on the number of unused months, calculated on a monthly basis and rounded up.

The school reserves the right to withhold school records if families withdraw their children during the school year without meeting their financial obligations.

Any applicable credit card fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

12. DISCLAIMER

This Tuition Policy supersedes all previously issued tuition policies. The School reserves the right to amend the policy and its terms as necessary, with timely notice to parents.

In the event of a transition to online learning, the School is not obligated to refund any portion of the tuition fees paid.

If the School offers more than one scholarship or discount program at the same time, a student may receive only one program.

If a student transfers between School campuses, the Tuition Policy and scholarship assessment criteria of the receiving campus will apply.

For scholarship or discount recipients whose award exceeds 30% of the school fees, an annual contribution will apply to support the costs of meals, uniforms, co-curricular activities, trips, textbooks, and learning materials. The annual contribution is:

• 25,000,000 VND for Chua Boc Campus
• 30,000,000 VND for Hoa Lac Campus

This contribution applies regardless of the student’s enrollment date. If a student withdraws from the School, this amount will be refunded in accordance with the Withdrawal & Tuition Fee Refund policy outlined in Section 11.
