A. EARLY PAYMENT DISCOUNT

An Early Payment Discount is offered to families who pay their 2024/2025 annual tuition fees in full:

Enrollments In-year are possible only if there is space available. In-year enrollment fees are counted as below:

Tuition & Fees Policy

The following items are covered within the tuition & fees:

  • Tuition
  • Uniforms
  • Co-curricular activities: sports, clubs, after School activities (Additional fees are required for some specialized clubs)
  • All instructional activities including English support class (EAL)
  • Residental/educational trips (Additional fees are required if overseas trips are planned or long trips by airplane)
  • Textbooks, library books and learning materials 
  • Examination fees (First sitting of exams only) 
  • University counseling
  • School psychology counseling 
  • Meals: breakfast, lunch and snacks
  • Capital fee
  • Annual health check
  • Student health insurance

The tuition fee does not include the bus service fee and the boarding service fee:

* Bus fee: 26.000.000 VNĐ/year

* Boarding fee: 65.000.000 VNĐ/year (10% discount for full year payment

Fees are VAT inclusive (if applicable)

An Application Fee of 2,000,000 VND is payable upon submission of Application Form to the school. This fee is to cover the administrative costs of each application.

A non – refundable enrollment fee of 20,000,000 VND is payable when the Letter of Acceptance is accepted by parents to guarantee the place for the student. The enrollment fee is paid only once.

A security deposit payment of 15,000,000 VND per child is required at the same time with the enrollment fee. This deposit amount will be refunded when the student graduates or when he/she leaves the school provided 60 calendar days’ notice is given in writing to the school. In case the student is not returning to the school in the next academic year, the parent need to inform school in writing no later than 15th April of the current academic year to be refunded with the deposit fee.

This deposit fee will not be refunded if the student does not start studying at the school.

Parents are required to pay all appropriate tuition fees before the student enrolls. Parents are responsible for all payments. Payments cannot be deferred to second party funding source. TH School will issue all invoices in VNĐ. All tuition fees must be paid in VNĐ.  Foreign currency may be accepted for fees paid overseas sources. For overseas payments, the fee will calculated according to the current exchange rate announced by Vietcombank at the time of payment.

Tuition Fee are payable in advance. At the start of the school year, parents can choose one of the following payment plans:

Annual Tuition Fee
Full payment of the Annual Tuition Fee receives a discount according to [A] Early Payment Discount.

Termly Tuition Fees
Term Tuition Fees are paid each term before specified date:

Term 1: 31th July 2024 | Term 2: 10th December 2024 | Term 3: 15th March 2025

Payment could be made via Bank transfer; credit/debit cards at school Reception Counter or online payment herewith.

All payments associated with student enrollment at TH School must be completed before students begin classes at TH School. Payment made after the official due date will cause a delay in student’s enrollment; Parents will pay a penalty equivalent to 1.5%/month of the late payment amount. TH School reserves the right to withdraw the scholarship or financial support granted to the student based on the Letter of Admission and terminate the student’s registration at TH School.

In the event of non-payment of tuition fees after 05 working days, the school reserves the right to refuse to accept the student into the school and can withhold the security deposit and school reports.

Families with more than one child at TH School at a time are eligible for a family discount. The second child enrolled will receive a 5% family discount on tuition fees. The third child enrolled will receive a 10% discount.

Sibling discount is not applicable if the second or third child is offered with a scholarship/financial support valued above 25% tuition fees.

Late applications and enrollments are possible only if there is space available. Late enrollment fees are processed on a prorated basis:

* Enrollment in Term 2: 55% of annual tuition fees

* Enrollment in Term 3: 30% of annual tuition fees

The school will not offer discounts or fee waivers for short term absences of less than 30 days. Written approval from the Division Principal is required for all cases of short-term student absence.

Long-term absence of more than 30 in-class or remote learning days is not encouraged; however, we recognized that unique circumstances such as health issues might warrant such measure. Students must submit an official request & medical documentation to be considered for the longterm absences. A student with long-term absences may not keep pace with the learning outcome from all the classes

Parents must inform the school in writing at least 60 calendar days prior to the child’s withdrawal date. A Tuition Refund is only available in the event of the Annual Tuition Fee having been fully paid and the appropriate notice having been given. In such cases the school will refund a prorated portion of the paid Annual Tuition Fee based on the withdrawal date. Provided appropriate notice was given, the following reimbursement procedures apply:

Term 1: 50% | Term 2: 20% | Term 3: No reimbursement will be given

No reimbursement is given for term payment in case of withdrawal.

Report cards and permanent records will not be released for families who withdraw during the school year with an outstanding balance until the family is current.

Credit card fee (if any) would be deducted the reimbursed amount.

The school reserves the right to amend the Tuition Policy and its terms in a timely manner. In the event of online learning, the school is under no obligation to refund any portion of the tuition fee paid.

In case the school offers more than one scholarship or financial support programs at the same time, the student could only receive one program.

If a student transfers among the campuses of the school, the fee policy and scholarship assessment criteria of the destination campus will be applied.

For scholarship/financial recipients, if the value of scholarship/financial support is higher than 30% of the school fees, the student will pay an additional amount of 25.000.000 VND annually to contribute to the school for the expenses of meals, uniform, co-curricular activities, trips, textbooks, learning materials, examination fees, annual health check, student health insurance. This is a contribution regardless of enrollment time.

Installment Tuition Fee

Installment Tuition Fees are paid using the following payment schedule

1st Installment: 31 July 2024   | 2nd Installment: 31 Dec 2024

Payment could be made via Bank transfer; credit/debit cards at school Reception Counter or online payment herewith.

If the student has paid enrollment fee and deposit fee but can not start studying at the school, the fees could be defered for maximum 01 academic year if the family requests deferment in writting and gets approval by the school.
