Civic Education Teacher (Vietnamese - Hoa Lac Campus)

TRÁCH NHIỆM CÔNG VIỆC/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Giảng dạy môn Giáo dục Công dân cho học sinh Việt Nam các lớp 6-12/ Teaching Civic Education to Vietnamese students in grades 6-12
• Lên kế hoạch chương trình ngoại khóa học tập thực tế cho học sinh Việt Nam/ Plan practical extracurricular programs for Vietnamese students
• Xây dựng chương trình môn Giáo dục Công dân khối Trung học (kết hợp chương trình Việt Nam và chương trình quốc tế) của trường TH School/ Building Secondary Civic Education curriculum (combining Vietnamese and international programs) of the TH school
• Làm khung phân phối chương trình cho các lớp 6-12 theo quy định của Bộ GD – ĐT/ Make a framework for distributing programs for grades 6 to 12 according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training
• Soạn giáo án (2 bộ giáo án: giáo án theo chương trình của Bộ GD - ĐT và giáo án dạy tại TH cho lớp 6-12)/ Prepare lesson plans (2 lesson plans: lesson plans according to the curriculum of the Ministry of Education and Training and lesson plans taught in high schools for grades 6-12)
• Viết report cho học sinh lớp 6-12/ Write reports for students in grades 6-12
• Sửa report cho học sinh (2 lần/năm)/ Edit report for students (2 times/year)
• Nhập report lên hệ thống 3 Sys (2 lần/năm)/ Import reports on 3 Sys system (2 times/year)
• Nhập điểm bộ môn lên phần mềm giaoducdientu cho học sinh các lớp 6-12/ Import subject scores on giaoducdientu software for students in grades 6-12
• Nhập điểm, đánh giá hạnh kiểm lên phần mềm giaoducdientu và tổng kết cho học sinh lớp chủ nhiệm/ Import scores, conduct assessment on giaoducdientu software and make summation for homeroom students
• Nhập điểm cho học sinh các lớp 6-12 vào tracking document/ Import scores for students in grades 6-12 into the tracking document
• Họp phụ huynh các lớp 6-12/ Parent conferences for grades 6-12
• Soạn đề thi, ma trận đề, đáp án, chấm thi cho các lớp 6-12/ Prepare exam questions, problem matrixes, answers, and mark exams for grades 6-12

• Đồng chủ nhiệm lớp cùng với giáo viên nước ngoài: tìm hiểu, nắm rõ học sinh trong lớp về mọi mặt để có biện pháp tổ chức giáo dục sát đối tượng nhằm thúc đẩy sự tiến bộ của lớp/ Co-head of class with foreign teachers: learn and understand students in the class in all aspects to take measures to organize a close-to-target education to promote class progress
• Tham gia các đợt Entry point và Exit Point cho các lớp 6-12/ Participate in Entry point and Exit Point sessions for grades 6-12
• Tổ chức lớp học và quản lý học sinh trên các phần mềm dạy học: Google classroom, Class Dojo, Seesaw, Hangout/ Classroom organization and student management on teaching software: Google classroom, Class Dojo, Seesaw, Hangout
• Duy trì liên hệ với phụ huynh bằng email, và các phần mềm quản lý lớp học/ Maintain parent contact by email, and classroom management software
• Trực duties/ Duties
• Cover tiết khi có giáo viên nghỉ/ Cover lessons when teachers are off
• Phụ trách ECA/ In charge of ECA
• Hỗ trợ tổ chức các hoạt động ngoại khóa cho học sinh toàn trường: Winter concert, Tet Festival, Ring the golden bell, Open day/ Support to organize extracurricular activities for students throughout the school: Winter concert, Tet Festival, Ring the golden bell, open day
• Tập huấn chuyên môn và viết báo cáo, thu hoạch sau tập huấn/ Professional training and report writing, harvest post-training
• Tham gia các buổi họp toàn trường, họp tổ chuyên môn/ Attend school meetings, professional team meetings
• Order thiết bị, đồ dùng học tập cho học sinh/ Order school equipment and supplies for students
• Báo cáo thường kỳ hoặc đột xuất (nếu có tình hình đặc biệt) về tình hình của lớp với Ban giám hiệu/ Report regularly or irregularly (if there is a special situation) on the class situation to the School Administrator
• Chịu trách nhiệm tổ chức và quản lý các đồ dùng, dụng cụ giảng dạy trong trường/ Responsible for organizing and managing teaching aids and tools in school

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC/ JOB REQUIREMENTS:

ĐỊA ĐIỂM LÀM VIỆC/ WORK LOCATION:
• TH School Chùa Bộc TRÌNH ĐỘ/QUALIFICATION: • Ít nhất có bằng cử nhân giảng dạy môn Giáo dục Công dân/ At least Bachelor Degree in Civic Education Teaching
• Tiếng Anh thành thạo/ Fluent in English KINH NGHIỆM/ RELATED EXPERIENCE: • Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm giảng dạy môn Giáo dục Công dân/ At least 3 year teaching experience in Civic Education • Kinh nghiệm làm việc tại các trường song ngữ, trường quốc tế là điểm cộng/ Experience in working at the bi-lingual, international schools will be an advantage KỸ NĂNG/ COMPETENCIES:
• Hiểu biết vững chắc về các hoạt động trong lớp học và các phương pháp giảng dạy tốt nhất/ Solid understanding of classroom activities and teaching best practices
• Có kỹ năng giao tiếp bằng văn bản và bằng lời nói xuất sắc/ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Có khả năng giao tiếp và thuyết trình vượt trội/ Outstanding interpersonal and presentation abilities
• Phải có tấm lòng nhân ái và tích cực/ Must have a compassionate and positive attitude
