Job Description
ROLES
- The Training Coordinator is responsible for implementing the training curriculum framework for teachers/ managers and supporting training manager in marketing the training products to clients, including: design the power points, market survey and administration tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with school teachers/ managers to set up training schedule based on the approved framework
- Develop guidelines for internal and external training courses
- Set up facilities, training materials and tea breaks required for training courses
- Send invitation and provide pre-training instructions and support for clients including teachers and managers
- Write updates of the training courses on school website and fan page as a tool for marketing of the HI
- Work with trainers and training companies on terms and contracts and with relevant departments of the school for contract agreements and payment
- Liaise with trainers to ensure the implementation of training programs run as planned
- Observe classes, give feedback and provide post-training support for teachers and managers
- Review content and course delivery with clients and provide feedback, as well as identify future course and training needs
- Resolve any specific problems and provide recommendation for tailored training programs as necessary
- Assess the skills and techniques delivered to clients and teachers to assess the effectiveness of training programs
MINIMUM ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Vietnamese
- Bachelor Degree
RELATED EXPERIENCE
- Have experience in designing power points
- Have working experience in administration duties
- Have working experience in training and upskilling of staff
- Some educational teaching/training background preferred
