RESPONSIBILITIES:
The overarching responsibility for the Admissions Executive is to achieve the new student target
from G9 – G12 and provide high quality admissions services to students and parents.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Hoa Lac is a boarding school whose students are mostly from provinces. In order to fulfil this
responsibility, the Admissions Executive will:
- Act as sale person in the admissions department: Market survey, clients approach, school visits/meetings arrangement and consultancy for prospective parents/ students
- Proactive grow provincial network and frequently join business trips in other provinces for admissions target. Then arrange the school visits to Hoa Lac campus.
- Understand well about school products. To keep abreast of achievements, events, activities and developments at TH schools so this information can be shared with prospective families.
- Follow up all enquiries by phone, email, letter or in person in a timely fashion.
- Implement admissions and enrolment policies and procedures including evaluating the academic records of prospective students and working with others to develop admissions criteria and entrance tests.
- Liaise with the school's Marketing Department to develop materials to attract prospective parents and students and to participate in marketing events and activities when required.
- To coordinate with Marketing Dept to organize and follow up with promotional events for prospective parents such as Open Days and Taster Days
- Support the Marketing Department in conducting research to identify additional ways to reach target groups and referral sources.
- Coordinate with related departments in order to complete the admissions process professionally and successfully.
- Undertake any reasonable additional responsibilities as may be from time to time required by the line Manager
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
MINIMUM ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Vietnamese
- University degree in Business subjects is preferable
RELATED EXPERIENCE
- Have experience in education and at least 3 years working experience in sales
- Have network in other provinces is the advantage

- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English & Vietnamese
