Senior Admissions Executive – Corporate Partnership (Hết hạn)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The overarching responsibility for the Senior Admissions Executive – Corporate partnership is to work closely with corporate clients, with the specialization with Bac A Bank branches/ transaction offices to achieve the new student target from K to 12 grades and provide high quality admissions services to students and parents.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

In order to fulfil this responsibility, the Senior Admissions Executive – Corporate partnership will specialize in:

1. BAC A BANK PARTNERSHIP (80%)

This partnership must be prioritized in school year 24/25. The main responsibilities include:

• Understand well about school products. Act as the first contact point for TH School – Bac A Bank partnership in term of monthly site visits and communication channel

• Be responsible for completing enrolment targets through the cooperation channel between TH school – Bac A Bank, i.e organize and implement business promotion activities/events for Bac A Bank VIP customers to introduce TH school curriculum; directly greet and consult parents/ students

• Develop sale promotion policies, coordination process, quarterly/monthly plan with business units and evaluate the result of the cooperation between TH School – Bac A Bank

• Liaise with the school's Marketing Department to develop materials to attract prospective customers and to participate in marketing events and activities when required.

• Coordinate with related departments in order to complete the admissions process professionally and successfully.

• Undertake any reasonable additional responsibilities as may be from time to time required by the line Manager

2. OTHER CORPORATE CLIENTS (20%)

Those clients should be initiative to approach in school year 24/25

MINIMUM ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION

• Vietnamese
• University degree Banking/ Education is preferable

RELATED EXPERIENCE

• Have experience in banking sector as sale promotion specialist.
• Have experience in education

COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES)

• Excellent sales skill
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English & Vietnamese
