Wellness Week: "Healthy Body-Healthy Mind" At TH School

Last week, TH School’s Kindergarten and Primary students enjoyed a meaningful wellness week filled with diverse activities that nurtured both their physical and mental health.
Mindful Monday: Students kicked off the week with mindfulness activities, including meditation, deep breathing exercises, and journaling, fostering mental well-being and focus.
Tasty Tuesday: The children explored healthy and nutritious meals, participated in cooking classes, learned tips for a balanced diet, and shared their favourite recipes.
Wellness Wednesday: Activities centred on self-care and understanding the people around. From listening to their bodies to nurturing their spirits, THSers were encouraged to build healthy habits and appreciate the importance of an overall healthy living routine.
Thankful Thursday: Gratitude and positivity took centre stage. Students wrote gratitude journals, made thank-you cards, shared precious moments in life, and sent positive messages to their families, friends and teachers.
Family Fitness Friday: A chance to bring the spirit of fitness home! Students shared beneficial exercises with their families, encouraged fun physical activities with parents and siblings, and built strong family bonds while promoting healthy lifestyles.
The "Healthy Body - Healthy Mind" week concluded with joy and invaluable lessons! Through these activities, students developed and embraced positive life values, creating a solid foundation for balanced growth in both body and mind. Ready to face future challenges, they are growing into global citizens who cherish life and spread kindness.
