Water Play activity for KG students at TH School before summer break
Category
For generations of students in Vietnam, summer is not only about the bright sunshine and the song of cicadas but also the best time of the year for fun water games. On the last day of school before the summer break, KG students had the opportunity to engage in water play, guided and supervised by the teachers at TH School.
This is one of the activities that many THsers love because they together get to wear colourful beach outfits and enjoy cooling off with buckets and water guns.
Through this experience, KG students at TH School not only enjoyed fun and physically active break times but also had the opportunity to develop problem-solving skills and scientific inquiry using the simplest tools. By assembling and disassembling water guns, they gradually understood how a device works when fully assembled and learned why heavier objects sink and lighter ones float on water.
Joining this water play activity was Ms. Zoe Yvette Jeffrey, the Principal of the KG and Primary School. At TH School, teachers are not only beacons of light but also close friends who listen to and empathize with every student. Parents can rest assured that each day at school is a joyful learning experience for their children.
