At TH School, every student’s success marks an important milestone — capturing their journey of self-affirmation through academics, the arts, and international integration. This past week, two THSers inspired the entire community: one demonstrated sharp critical thinking and resilience on the international debate stage, while the other impressed a prestigious music jury with confident and distinctive artistry. Together, their stories vividly embody the spirit of “holistic development” — where every talent is recognized, nurtured, and given wings to soar.

ACHIEVEMENT #1: MINH THƯ – TOP 10 BEST SPEAKER & FINALIST (U14) AT THE INTERNATIONAL DEBATE TOURNAMENT IN HONG KONG

At the 21st Hong Kong Parliamentary Debate Summer Workshop & Tournament 2025, held in Hong Kong, Nguyen Minh Thu (Grade 8T – Chua Boc campus), an active member of TH School’s Debate Club, showcased her outstanding debating skills in English under the British Parliamentary format. Competing among 88 teams from Hong Kong and across Asia, Minh Thu impressed with her sharp reasoning, quick thinking, and confident delivery. Her efforts earned her:

Top 10 Best Speakers in the U14 category
Top 2 in the preliminary rounds & a place in the U14 Finals with her teammate

This achievement reflects Minh Thu’s determination to keep learning, improving, and pursuing her passion. It is also a shining example of international integration and critical thinking — values that TH School strives to cultivate in all of its students.

ACHIEVEMENT #2: BẢO TRÂN – DISTINCTION AWARD AT THE LONDON COLLEGE OF MUSIC EXAMINATIONS

Hoang Ngoc Bao Tran (Grade 8B – Chua Boc campus) has taken another confident step forward on her musical journey by earning a Distinction (92/100) in the London College of Music Examinations (LCME). Beyond the high score, Bao Tran also received heartfelt praise from the panel of examiners: “Tran is a highly confident candidate with a unique, refined, and expressive performance. She is not only a young musical talent but also a promising performing artist.”

This result marks an important milestone in Bao Tran’s pursuit of music with seriousness and professionalism. It is the fruit of her consistent practice, creativity, and dedication — painting the image of a talented, confident, and full-of-potential THSer.
