Happiness and Well-being in Education
Category
The "Happiness and Well-being in Education" conference held last weekend at TH School has concluded. The event was attended by the Minister of Education and Training, Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Kim Sơn, Madam Thái Hương, the founder of TH School, as well as leading education experts from both Vietnam and internationally. The conference left a profound impression on nearly 800 guests.
Through engaging presentations and valuable insights, educators and parents who attended had the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the concept of happiness and how to create happy environments for children.
The conference also emphasized that building happy educational environments requires the connection and collaboration of the entire community— from education leaders to schools, teachers, and families. Following the conference, many teachers and parents shared their plans to begin applying happiness-focused educational methods in teaching students and raising children.
Notably, the conference also received congratulations from Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar, the author of the SPIRE model, which outlines the five elements of happiness. This is the model that TH School is pursuing and implementing to bring true happiness to its students: Spiritual, Physical, Intellectual, Relational, and Emotional.
TH School would like to thank the Institute for Education and Human Development, as well as the TH Group, for organizing this meaningful "Happiness and Well-being in Education" conference. We also extend our thanks to all the parents, educators, and experts in the field of education who participated and contributed to the success of the event.
