Farewell Field Trip To Grade 5’s Primary School Years
Category
Summer is approaching, and another school year is drawing to a close. For the Grade 5 students at TH School, this summer marks a significant milestone - bidding farewell to their carefree Primary school years to step into the doorway of Secondary school. To commemorate their primary years, 5th-grade students at TH School embarked on a joyful and experiential field trip to Huu Lung Valley, Lang Son.
The trip provided a new perspective on Lang Son's rich cultural heritage as Grade 5 students experienced rock climbing, trekking magnificent natural landscapes, winding village roads, rice fields, and mountains to reach Dau Waterfall. Additionally, 5th-grade students participated in preparing local delicacies, immersing themselves in the region’s unique culinary traditions. Through this challenging yet exciting journey, the students have stepped out of their comfort zones, honed soft skills, kept an open-mindedness, and actively explored the world around them.
This experience created cherished memories while also providing valuable lessons beyond the classroom, contributing to the holistic development that TH School always strives for. We believe that the Grade 5 students are now ready and confident to embark on an exciting new chapter in Secondary School.
