A LESSON IN EMPATHY AND APPRECIATION FOR THE LITTLE THINGS IN LIFE
Category
Empathy is one of the noble qualities that TH School students are nurtured and encouraged to develop every day through lessons and extracurricular activities. It allows them to understand and sympathize with the difficulties of others, fostering a desire to help, share joy, and care for those around them.
Today’s weekly wrap-up lesson was especially meaningful. Primary students not only gained a deeper understanding of what empathy is and how to cultivate it, but they also had the chance to express their gratitude to the school security guards, janitors, and the facility management team.
Small gifts, neatly wrapped in colorful paper, along with handcrafted, adorable cards, were the students ' way of saying thank you to those who worked hard to clean up the aftermath of Typhoon Yagi in just one day, ensuring that the students could return to a safe learning environment.
While these gifts may be modest, they carried a powerful, positive energy that spread happiness to everyone. We hope that as they grow, the students will continue to uphold these beautiful qualities and become successful leaders in the future.
