Hanh An - Conquering 90% Scholarship at IE Business School

With strong determination and a passion for learning, Nguyễn Hạnh An has been awarded a 90% scholarship from IE Business School in Spain for a dual major in Business Administration and Political Science.

Nguyen Hanh An (12H - TH School Hoa Lac) has earned a prestigious 90% scholarship to pursue a double major in Business Administration and Political Science at IE Business School in Spain — ranked 44th globally for Business Management by the QS World University Rankings. In total, Hanh An has been awarded scholarships worth nearly 40 billion VND from 10 top universities around the world.

Hanh An’s decision to study a double major at IE Business School stems from her passion for business and a deep desire to better understand people. Her entrepreneurial talent has been evident since she launched BKT Shop, an international dropshipping business, and won the overall championship as well as second place in the Wellbeing category at the 2024 Aspiring Vietnam Business Case Competition, which was supported by VinUniversity, Harvard Business School, and Wharton School. Furthermore, Hanh An has published several academic articles on business at international conferences such as EAI RAIDS 2024.

Not stopping there, Hanh An 's desire to connect people and contribute to society is further demonstrated through her donation of 10% of the profits from BKT Shop to provide food for local hospitals, as well as her founding of the Irma Pince Book Club to promote English-language reading nationwide. The club has collected and delivered books to remote areas, helping over 36,000 students access new knowledge. During her time as President of the Student Council at TH School Hoa Lac (2023–2024), Hanh An led school-wide fundraising initiatives to support local orphans and organized various joint-campus activities.

In addition to her impressive extracurriculars, Hanh An also stands out academically with an IELTS score of 8.0, A and A grades in AS-level Sociology and Psychology, and predicted grades of 4 A/A*s in her A-Level exams. Her unwavering dedication and effort over the past six years have paved the way for her to turn her dream of studying abroad into reality with an exceptional scholarship.
