SEMINAR ON EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION: “LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT” AT TH SCHOOL

The seminar on Early Childhood Education: “Leadership and Management,” organized by the EDUSOFT Institute of Technology and Education in collaboration with the Association of Early Childhood Educators Singapore (AECES), was successfully held at TH School on September 27, 2024. This is TH School’s second time hosting an international early childhood education seminar for Singaporean and Vietnamese educational institutions.

The event gathered many leading experts in early childhood education, including Dr. Christine Chen, President of AECES, and Dr. Hồ Lam Hồng, Former Vice President of the Institute of Educational Sciences – Hanoi National University of Education. The speakers shared valuable experiences on methods to enhance the quality of early childhood education in Singapore and Vietnam, while also discussing common challenges and seeking suitable solutions.

Ms. Zoe Yvette Jeffrey, Principal of Kindergarten and Primary at TH School, shared insights on the early childhood education model that combines international and Vietnamese education, receiving positive feedback from the leadership teams of early childhood institutions across the country and Singapore.

Additionally, the participation of principals, vice principals, and managers from early childhood institutions in both Singapore and Vietnam created a vibrant atmosphere for mutual exchange and learning. The seminar left a positive impression and was highly regarded for its practicality and effectiveness.
