Secondary Computer Science and Math Teacher (Hoa Lac campus) (Hết hạn)

TH School has two campuses. The Chua Boc & Hoa Lac campuses, both of which are
located in Hanoi for students from KG to grade 12. We are seeking a talented
Secondary Cambridge Computing and Math Teacher to join our team for Academic
year 2023/2024 and beyond. Candidates with the following qualifications, experience
and dispositions are encouraged to apply.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
1. WORK LOCATION:
o Hanoi campuses
2. MINIMUM ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:
o B.A Degree in teaching or relevant fields. Master degree is priority
o Teacher certification from an internationally recognized authority
o Computing or Computer Science relevant certificate
3. RELATED EXPERIENCE:
o At least three years of teaching experience
o Experience working with and developing high-quality curriculum
o Experience with Cambridge Computing syllabus, methods and strategies
o Understanding of teaching computing, applications and programming to
Asian students
o Experience with lower secondary Cambridge math syllabus, methods and
strategies
o (Cambridge experience is a must)
4. COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES):
o Positive outlook and team player
o Will display empathy and sensitivity for the cultural background of
students from Vietnam, their learning styles and previous experiences
o Understanding of computer subjects including ICT and Computer Studies
o Ability to work within the subject and to assist student language
competence and confidence
o Understanding of teaching and learning techniques that improve student
academic performance
