Boarding students from both campuses joined teachers and staff to participate in World Cleanup Day at Thống Nhất Park in Hanoi.
Established 10 years ago in Estonia, World Cleanup Day is held each year on September 15 to build community awareness of litter and mismanaged waste, as well as to unite people toward the goal of a clean and healthy planet.
This year's World Cleanup Day brought together 13 million volunteers from over 150 countries. Here in Vietnam, volunteers from TH School spent a few hours Saturday morning making their own contribution to this global civic action. TH School students also learned about minimizing the waste of recyclable materials and how to sort waste to support recycling processes.
