TH School’s main admissions period for August entry runs from around October of the previous year until August of the entry year, or until all available places are filled.
Early applications are recommended, as places are subject to availability. Late applicants may be placed on the waiting list if the relevant grade level is full.
The school’s scholarship programme is also reviewed on an early-application basis. Families are encouraged to apply as early as possible to allow sufficient time for consideration.
After the main admissions period, TH School continues to accept applications throughout the academic year, subject to seat availability. This applies to international students relocating to Vietnam as well as local students seeking to transfer schools during the academic year.
TH School provides school bus services at both Chua Boc and Hoa Lac campuses. Students may be picked up at home or at the most convenient designated pick-up point if home pick-up is not available.
Although the distance to Hoa Lac is longer, the school currently offers a subsidised bus fee. As a result, the bus fee for Hoa Lac students is the same as the fee for students using the school bus service at Chua Boc.
For students living in Hanoi and studying at Hoa Lac, the school provides transport back to Hanoi on Friday afternoon and return transport to Hoa Lac on Monday morning.
At Chua Boc campus, the after-school bus service is arranged flexibly at 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., allowing students who do not join after-school clubs to leave earlier without waiting for other students to finish their club activities.
TH School provides three meals a day for students, including breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack.
Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m., with a varied menu designed to suit students’ age groups and preferences.
The school’s kitchen team has extensive experience working in five-star hotels. Menus are carefully developed to ensure balanced nutrition, age-appropriate portions, and a variety of dishes. Meals at TH School follow nutritional standards, with appropriate energy levels and a balanced ratio of protein, carbohydrates, and fat to support students’ growth and development.
Food presentation is also carefully considered. Meals are prepared to be colourful, visually appealing, and naturally engaging, helping stimulate students’ appetite and interest in food.
TH Group’s food ecosystem, including its dairy, beverage, rice, vegetable, and fruit production systems, provides a clean and safe food supply. This enables the school to deliver nutritious, fresh, and high-quality meals that support students’ overall health and physical development.
Depending on students’ age group, level, and subject choices, class sizes at TH School typically range from 18 to 25 students per class.
Students do not need to complete any specific test preparation before the entrance assessment.
TH School does not assess students based on subject knowledge alone. The assessment is designed to evaluate logical thinking, including language reasoning, numerical reasoning, spatial reasoning, non-verbal reasoning, as well as students’ ability to use English in reading, writing, and communication.
The assessment is age-appropriate and provides the school with useful insight into each student’s learning profile, so that the most suitable learning plan can be developed after enrolment.
